Payment and Refund Policies
Course Fees for individuals are to be paid in advance of the scheduled classes.
Course Fees when originated by a business for their employees will be billed to that business.
No exceptions unless pre approved.
No Refunds for the following:
1. no shows
2. cancels on the scheduled day of the course
3. attends course but does not pass. Individuals are allowed one opportunity to retake the test.
Refunds are allowed for the following:
1. cancels before the scheduled day of the course
Refunds will mailed approximately on the 15th and 30th of each month.
